Layered Cityscape Painting-CW

For this project, the artists explored various images of cities and architectural structures to gather inspiration. They began by creating vibrant abstract backgrounds using two or three complementary colors.

Next, the artists designed buildings featuring a range of heights, architectural details, and surface textures. Key elements were emphasized with white, silver, or other light-toned paints to add depth and contrast. By layering multiple structures within each composition, the artists conveyed the feel of a bustling city.
